We process orders within 1-3 business days. Orders placed after 5:00 pm will be processed the following business day.

The total delivery time is typically between 5-10 business days, depending on your location within Canada. We ship all orders via our "Free Shipping" method, ensuring fast and reliable delivery.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer free shipping on all orders within Canada. There are no additional shipping costs.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only ship to locations within Canada. We hope to expand our shipping options in the future!
How do I make a return?
You can return items within 30 days of receiving your order. To make a return, please ensure the product is unused, in its original condition, and with all tags attached. The return shipping cost will be the responsibility of the customer if the wrong item was ordered.
